1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between crickej ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using our services ("User", "you"). By accessing the crickej website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

crickej operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh, which includes cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other entertainment services. By using our platform, you give your consent to the following terms.

2. Account Registration and Management

• We may at any time request a government-issued identity document (national ID card, passport) for identity and age verification.
• Your account may be temporarily restricted during the verification period.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

crickej follows a KYC process to prevent money laundering and fraud. Before a significant withdrawal or in the event of any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to verify identity and source of funds. Transactions may be delayed if verification is not completed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (by any method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonus and Promotion Rules

crickej offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. By accepting any bonus, the following terms apply automatically.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total balance of ৳32,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus.
• Each eligible account will receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, crickej reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.3 VIP Program

crickej's VIP program has five levels: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.7%; Platinum — up to 1.0%; Diamond — up to 1.2%. Levels advance based on gaming activity and commitment. Cashback is withdrawable and is credited to the account every week.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• All games available on crickej are powered by reputable software providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming.
• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game rules and payout tables can be viewed within each game.
• If your internet connection is lost, the result of any game in progress will be saved and can be viewed upon reconnection.

6.2 Betting Limits

crickej reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these terms.

• Activities related to money laundering.
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure, balance withdrawals may be restricted until the investigation is complete. If found innocent, the full balance will be returned.

12. Limitation of Liability

crickej makes every effort to operate its services reliably, however we are not liable for the following:

• Disruption to gameplay due to issues with your internet connection.
• Losses caused by third-party software or hardware failures.
• Temporary service disruptions due to unforeseen technical issues.
• Events beyond our control (force majeure).

For any claim, our maximum liability will be limited to the principal (excluding bonus) balance held in your account at the relevant time.
